Complete Information
Provide the employers/3rd party recruiters with precise and complete
information on the qualifications, experience and professional
background of each candidate presented to them (and always after
prior approval from the candidate).
Service without Bias or Prejudice
Treat each and every candidate objectively with professionalism,
confidentially and without bias or prejudice.
Open Communication
Communicate to the candidate all the appropriate and pertinent
information, so as to reflect faithfully the description and demands
of the positions offered by the employers or 3rd party recruiters.
Authorization
Receive prior authorization from both the employer/3rd party recruiter
and candidate before organizing an interview.
No Solicitation
Never solicit a candidate from an employer once he/she has been
placed there through Recruiter Page.
Fees
No fee is demanded from an employer or third party recruiter in
advance. Also, candidates are never charged any fee for Recruiter
Page services, either directly or indirectly.
Honesty
We promise that Recruiter Page professionals will be honest at
all times in all communications. We never employ exaggerations
or make untruthful declarations.
Publicity and Promotions
We limit all publicity and/or promotions to the type of services
Recruiter Page offers.
Avoid Harmful Practices
Recruiter Page avoids any and all behaviors, practices, or declarations
which could harm or discredit an employer/3rd party recruiter
or a candidate.
